Ardi and I are still Keenes Lake Family Campground in Calais, Maine. We have a had a fine summer here, working at the campground and enjoying meeting new people almost everyday.
The last few days, we have been preparing and organizing for our annual trip to a warmer climate.
We will be leaving in mid-October. So, we've been here since May25. Time to move along, folks. Getting restless!
Howie, so glad you have enjoyed Maine. It looks so beautiful there! Glad to hear you are keeping busy! I love the loons! I have a bird book with bird sounds and I have taught Milo how to do the loon call. She hasn't said it in awhile, but she knows how to do it! If I ask her to she will do it! Ah, the joys of having a parrot that is too smart!
